Adrian Jourdain was arrested in connection with a home invasion in Danbury Tuesday night
DANBURY, CT (WFSB) -
Danbury police said they arrested one man and are looking for another after a home invasion Tuesday night.
Police said that around 10:30 p.m., Adrian Jourdain and another unidentified man entered a home at the Crossroads Condos on Beaver Brook Road and demanded money from the male resident, who was inside with his girlfriend.
The men demanded money from the resident before a struggle between them ensued.
During the struggle, Danbury police said, the male resident of the home suffered from several stabbing-type lacerations to his back.
The two suspects fled the home.
The male resident was taken to Danbury Hospital where he was treated and released.
Police said they found Jourdain hiding in the woods suffering from a laceration to his face.
He was arrested and charged with home invasion, conspiracy to commit home invasion and assault.
He was being held on $250,000 bond and was expected to appear in court later in the day on Wednesday.
