Meriden man is top contender on LIVE

MERIDEN, CT (WFSB) -

A Connecticut man is one of the top-25 contenders competing for a chance to guest co-host LIVE with Kelly.

Michael Buckley of Meriden submitted his audition video along with thousands of other co-host hopefuls and made the first cut.

In the video audition, Buckley says he's a YouTube celebrity and pretty well known on the internet, but he's always wanted to be a talk show host.

Viewers are invited to log on to livewithkelley.tv and check out the top 25. The winner is decided based on likes, tweets and comments.
