HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -
Police are investigating after two people were shot, early Saturday morning in Hartford.
Officials said the first shooting happened around 1 a.m. Saturday morning on Bedford Street.
Police said the victim was shot twice in the leg and was transported to an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Police found shell casings at the scene, and a vehicle with bullet holes was located in the area.
The second shooting happened just before 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning, in the area of Enfield Street.
According to police, the victim suffered non-life threatening injuries, after being shot in the chest and hand.
The victim was taken to an nearby hospital.
The Major Crimes Unit is investigating the shooting.
