Mom of children found wandering to appear in court - WFSB 3 Connecticut

The mother of two children who were found outside their Hartford home after midnight earlier this month will appear in court Tuesday.
April Slade, 30, of Clark Street, was arrested July 6 and has been in jail ever since.
Police said they received a call after Slade's two children, ages 3 and 5, were found outside the home after midnight.
Police responded to the home, and the children said they were left alone and couldn't find their mother.
Police said the search for Slade was "extensive" but didn't say where she was found.
She was held in jail in lieu of $10,000 bond and was given a court date of July 17.
