Man caught stealing flooring tiles on video

GRANBY, CT (WFSB) -

Police in Granby are looking to the public in hopes someone can identify the man seen stealing flooring tiles from a building under renovations.

The theft was reported on July 7 just before 9 a.m.

Surveillance video from the area was obtained by Granby police, and they said a man is seen taking 24 boxes of flooring tiles.

Those tiles have a vale of more than $2,000.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call police.
