Posted: Updated:

Southington police have made an arrest in connection with a rash of burglaries in the Curtiss Street area.

Thursday night, police arrested 19-year-old Jordan Uliasz of 105 Juniper St. in Southington.

According to police, detectives were able to link the nighttime burglaries with Uliasz based on forensic evidence left at the scenes of the crimes.

Police charged Uliasz with first-degree burglary, home invasion, third-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

Uliasz is being held on a $500,000 bond for a court appearance July 20.

The Southington teen is no stranger to police, who arrested Uliasz for larceny in April of this year.
