Norwich police nab Mai Thai shooting suspect

The Norwich Police Department arrested a man they believe was involved in a deadly shooting at a restaurant in June.

Police arrested Devan Jarmon, 24, of New London Turnpike in Norwich and charged him with carrying a pistol without a permit, unlawful discharge of a firearm, criminal possession of a pistol and reckless endangerment.

Police said they are still looking for a second shooter, who has been identified as David Grant, and believe he is hiding from police with family in Brooklyn.
