Fox attacks woman in Cheshire

The woman was attacked by a fox in this Cheshire yard.

CHESHIRE, CT (WFSB) -

A woman in Cheshire was attacked by a fox while visiting a family member's home on Wednesday.

According to officials, the woman was visiting her daughter-in-law in the area of Nichole Court when the animal attacked her.

Officials said the woman was bitten at least three times in the ankle and leg.

She was brought to a local hospital to be treated for her injuries.
