Man charged in crash that killed firefighter due in court

NORWICH, CT (WFSB) -

The man charged in a crash that killed a Norwich firefighter is due back in court Monday.

Police said Willis Goodale was drunk when he caused the crash that killed Benjamin Demond and injured his young sons in March on Interstate 395 in Montville.

Goodale is facing half a dozen charges including DUI, manslaughter and assault.
