COVENTRY, CT (WFSB) -

Counselors will be made available for students and families in Coventry to help them cope with the sudden death of a student.

Jenn Stanovich, 6, was killed last week when her 13-year-old brother accidentally shot her in the chest at their grandmother's house in Georgia.

Police said the boy had been out hunting and was unloading the gun when it went off.

Counselors will be available in the Nathan Hale School cafeteria from 6 until 8 p.m.
