Members of the East Central Narcotics Task Force have arrested two men who were attempting to sell cocaine from a vehicle.

Officers said they secured a search warrant for a blue Ford Explorer from which a male known as "Mo" would be dealing cocaine out of.

Police located the vehicle around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday in the parking lot of the Shop Rite off Spencer Street.

Officers identified the occupants as 27-year-old Moise Serrano of Hartford and 35-year-old Sean Bradley of Tolland.

Both were placed into custody and officers seized about two grams of crack-cocaine and a small amount of marijuana from the vehicle.

Serrano and Bradley are both charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of cocaine within 1,500 feet of public housing and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Officers said Serrano has an extensive criminal history including several narcotics charges. He is currently on probation for first-degree robbery.

Serrano is being held on a $25,000 bond, Bradley on a $5,000 bond.
