Norwich residents will have the opportunity to talk about the proposal to build a new police headquarters.
A meeting is being held Thursday night at Kelly Middle School to discuss the proposed project, which is expected to cost taxpayers more than $33 million.
Police said a new headquarters will help improve public safety.
The meeting will start at 7:30 p.m.
Another meeting is scheduled for Saturday at the Knights of Columbus on South Second Avenue.
