Inmate dies after assault by fellow prisoner

SOMERS, CT (WFSB) -

An inmate who was attacked by another prisoner at the Osborn Correctional Center has died, according to Connecticut State Police.

David Dube, of Hartford, was assaulted on Thursday night in a hallway at the Somers prison.

The 60-year-old died on Friday.

Police said the attack is under investigation.
