KILLINGWORTH, CT (WFSB) -
Connecticut State Police said they were continuing to investigate a bank robbery in Killingworth in which the employees and patrons were all tied up before the three men stole money and fled.
The incident was reported at the TD Bank on Route 81 on Monday afternoon.
State police said three armed men entered the bank just before 4 p.m. and drew weapons before tying up the employees and customers. The armed men then robbed the bank and fled in a stolen car.
The car was recovered near the bank, state police said.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call police.
