NORWICH, CT (WFSB) -
Norwich police said they arrested city resident Zane Megos on third-degree larceny charges after a lengthy investigation.
According to police, the victim stated Megos never refunded money for a down payment on a home dating back to 2009. The victim reportedly came forward after seeing that Megos was arrested under similar circumstances.
Megos, 55, was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and is due in Norwich superior court Aug. 16.
