A volunteer for Mark Greenberg, who is running for Congress, has been arrested for trashing a campaign truck of opponent Lisa Wilson-Foley in Southbury.

Connecticut State Police said James Pavlick, 39, of Southington, removed a Lisa Wilson-Foley for Congress sign from the back of a pickup truck and damaged the truck's liner.

Police arrested Pavlick and charged him with criminal mischief and creating a public disturbance.

Greenberg spokesman Chris Cooper is said to have apologized at the scene.
