Suspicious package in New Haven found to be packing materials - WFSB 3 Connecticut

A package originally thought to be suspicious by New Haven police was discovered to be a box of packaging material Friday afternoon.
The package was found in the area of Congress Avenue and Cedar Street just before 12:30 p.m. The road was closed during the investigation, but since reopened.
