Larson to hold convention watch party

HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -

On Thursday evening, United States Rep. John Larson will hold a Democratic National Convention watch party at the Artist Collective.

The party is being held in celebration of the nomination of President Barack Obama, according to Larson.

The event will begin at 7 p.m., will feature an address from Larson and will end with the acceptance speech of Obama as it is broadcast live from Charlotte, NC.

The Artist Collective is located at 1200 Albany Ave. in Hartford.

While the event is free, attendees are asked to RSVP by calling Larson's office at 860-218-1840 or online by clicking here.
