Suspect in Meriden clerk killing could enter plea in court

MERIDEN, CT (WFSB) -

The man accused of killing a store clerk in Meriden could enter a plea in court Wednesday.

Frankie Resto is accused of robbing the EZ Mart gas station on East Main Street in June.

Police said he shot the owner after he handed over the money from the cash register.

The man accused of being the getaway driver is also facing charges.
