
Plans for a new high school in Berlin have hit a snag.
The $69 million project is coming in over budget, according to officials.
On Tuesday night, the town council voted to spend another $10,000 to hire outside legal council to help them get the budget back on track.
Currently the renovations are over budget by nearly $800,000.
Council members will be conferencing with lawyers on Wednesday to review their options.
