NUTrition Stuffed French Toast

4 slices whole grain bread
¼ cup NUTrition Banana Granola Nut Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla
Spread two slices of bread with peanut butter and cover with remaining slices. Lightly press edges together to seal. Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla in a wide, shallow dish until well blended. Dip sandwiches in the egg mixture one at a time, turning to evenly coat both sides. Spray a large, heavy skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium. Add sandwiches and cook two minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Serve with fresh fruit salad for a healthy, balanced breakfast.
