Vernon man arrested for hitting daughter

VERNON, CT (WFSB) -

A man in Vernon has been arrested after allegedly hitting his daughter.

Vernon police said they arrested 55-year-old James Gore after becoming involved in a domestic dispute with his daughter.

According to a police report, Gore hit his daughter in the face.

He was charged with breach of peace.
