New Canaan murder-suicide victims identified

NEW CANAAN, CT (WFSB) -

Police have identified the two victims in a murder-suicide in New Canaan.

Police said James Owen, 48, and Billie D. Faigout-Owen were found dead inside their home, located at 131 Park St. Friday afternoon.

According to authorities, a preliminary investigation showed James Owen shot his wife before taking his own life.

No other details have been released.
