License hearing to be held for doctor accused of sexual assault

HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -

A license hearing is scheduled to be held for a doctor that is accused of sexually assaulting his patients.

Police said Dr. Tory Westbrook sexually assaulted at least 10 female patients at the Community Health Center in Clinton.

A medical board suspended Westbrook's license in June.

On Thursday, his lawyers will have the opportunity to argue against the suspension.
