CROMWELL, CT (WFSB) -
Cromwell Police said a man reported missing has been found safe.
Police said the man was spotted on security camera footage looking upset, and after receiving a phone call about a suspicious vehicle parked at Cromwell Automotive, police determined that Matthew Rourke parked his 2010 Hyundai Elantra around 6 a.m. and left on foot almost an hour later.
Police said he was headed towards Main Street and South Street, and his shoes were found around 9 a.m. in the vicinity of South Street and Pleasant Street.
Police said he was located unharmed at his friend's house and was in good condition.
No other information was released.
