Members of the Norwich police Department arrested a man they said was responsible for selling crack in and around the Norwich area.
Police arrested Kenneth Johnson, 23, of Oakwood Knoll in Norwich on Monday morning after an investigation.
Police said Johnson was arrested at his home around 9 a.m. and charged him with selling crack, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack wit the intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of marijuana.
He was held on $85,000 bond and was expected to appear in court Tuesday.
