Large police presence in one West Hartford neighborhood

WEST HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -

West Hartford police are investigating an incident on Trout Brook Drive Thursday afternoon.

Witnesses tell Eyewitness News that officers with M-16 rifles are in the area of 250 Trout Brook Dr. and have arrested one person.
