Woman charged with beating husband with cane

GLASTONBURY, CT (WFSB) -

A Glastonbury woman is in some hot water after being accused of beating her husband with her cane.

Police said Maria Pecor, 51, became involved in an argument with her husband just after 8 p.m. Tuesday and then began to beat her husband over the head with her cane.

She was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Pecor was expected to appear in court on Wednesday.
