HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -
Hartford has been named the second most comfortable city in the nation, according to a survey completed by Experian Simmons.
Coming in first was Philadelphia, PA, followed by Hartford, Pittsburgh, PA, Lafayette, LA and Laredo, TX.
According to Experian Simmons, people participating in the survey were asked if they've bought any sweats in the past year, as well as the number of individual items purchased.
