SHELTON, CT (WFSB) -
The police department in Shelton are searching for two men who are accused of taking cartons of cigarettes from a gas station early Monday morning.
Officers were called to the Buck Stop Citgo Gas Station on Shelton Avenue around 3 a.m. for a burglar alarm. After conducting a search, officers were unable to find any suspects.
Surveillance video shows a small compact vehicle parking by the rear door of the store as well as two men taking cartons of cigarettes, according to police. The men fled the gas station in the car pictured on the surveillance video, police said.
