Conn. man at Fla. conference found dead on beach - WFSB 3 Connecticut

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - A Southbury man attending a corporate conference has been found dead on a south Florida beach.
The Sun Sentinel reports that Jay Harper, a commercial cleaning franchise executive, was attending a corporate conference at Deefield Beach, Fla.
Coverall Health-based Cleaning System of Deerfield Beach confirmed the death of the 47-year-old Harper on Thursday. He was a regional vice president.
The Broward Sheriff's Office said Harper's body washed ashore the Atlantic Ocean beach and was found at about 4 a.m. on Wednesday.
No other details were available.
