SOUTH WINDSOR, CT (WFSB) -
Police arrested a South Windsor man Thursday after he was accused of touching a 15-year-old girl in August, police said.
Gary Josefiak, 60, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.
Police said they received a complaint from the girl and after interviewing Josefiak, officers obtained an arrest warrant.
The girl told police "Josefiak asked to see her breasts and touched her briefly," they said.
Josefiak is being held on a $65,000 bond after appearing at Superior Court in Manchester Friday. He will return to court on Nov. 20.
