Vernon police executed a search warrant Friday afternoon and found the owner to be in possession of several different kinds of drugs.
Upon entering the apartment located at 95 Hockanum Boulevard, police discovered Frederick Lee with a loaded .40 caliber hand gun.
Lee dropped the gun and was taken into custody.
Police seized over seven pounds of marijuana, over a hundred bags of heroin and several firearms.
Some of his charges include possession of marijuana with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
He's been held on $500,000 bond.
