Police investigate overnight crash in Canton

CANTON, CT (WFSB) -

Officials are investigating an overnight crash in Canton.

It happened just after 1 a.m. Sunday morning, near the intersection of Torrington Avenue and Bridge Street.

Police said the vehicle involved in the crash was found down an embankment on the west side of the Farmington River.

The driver of the car was taken to UConn Medical Center for minor injuries.
