Woman charged with leaving children alone in car

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT (WFSB) -

A Manchester woman is facing charges after she left her children alone in the car while she went shopping, according to police.

Tuna Gulseren, 32, was charged with leaving a child unsupervised.

Police said her 3-year-old and 6-year-old were alone for about 20 minutes while she went into the Lowes in South Windsor.

Gulseren is due in court next month.
