Holyoke mayor Alex Morse is reminding city residents that trick-or-treating is still postponed, despite the passage of storm Sandy.
Halloween trick-or-treating will take place the evening of Saturday, Nov. 3. The mayor's office says that limbs and debris will still be around on Wednesday evening, and rain is expected. They're asking families to wait until the weekend for the safety of their children.
The mayor's office is encouraging anyone who still wants to trick-or-treat Wednesday to come to city hall, which will be handing out candy from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
