Parts of Buckland Hills mall evacuated due to gas leak

MANCHESTER, CT (WFSB) -

Parts of the Buckland Hills mall in Manchester were evacuated after a reported gas leak on Saturday morning.

Police told Eyewitness News that neighboring homes were not evacuated.

According to authorities, the gas leak originated at the Bertucci's Restaurant.

At this point, officials said the mall has reopened except for the restaurant.

Not other details have been released.
