Silver Alert issued for missing Stratford teenager

STRATFORD, CT (WFSB) -

Police are searching for a missing 14-year-old girl from Stratford, who was last seen on Monday.

Zuria Dewit is described as a black girl with black hair and brown eyes. She stands about 5'3'' tall and weighs about 130 pounds.

Dewit was last seen wearing tan ballet shoes, dark jeans and a black lightweight, winter jacket.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Stratford Police Department at 203-385-4100.
