Manchester voters say 'no' to library plan

MANCHESTER, CT (WFSB) -

Voters in Manchester have voted down a plan to renovate the town's library.

Voters rejected the approval of nearly $12.5 million that would have expanded Mary Cheney Library into a nearby park.

It was voted down by more than 3,000 votes.
