Hartford police arrest man on sex assault charges

HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -

A Burlington man was charged with 50 counts of fourth-degree sexual assault after the Hartford Police Department received complaints from an 18-year-old woman.

Manuel Heredia, 63, was arrested Monday after the investigation by the Hartford Police Department. He was also charged with one count of first-degree sexual assault and harassment.

Heredia is being held on $750,000 bond.
