Hamden police investigate car break-ins - WFSB 3 Connecticut

Police in Hamden are investigating a string of car break-ins in town this week.
They were reported at the Old Mount Carmel Village condominium complex on Whitney Avenue.
Police said the thieves broke in to at least eight vehicles and took money, wallets and even a laptop and then tossed items they didn't want into the road.
Police are urging people in the area not to keep any valuables inside their car.
