Silver Alert issued for East Windsor teen

EAST WINDSOR, CT (WFSB) -

A Silver Alert has been issued for a 17-year-old teen on Sunday.

Melvin Rivera is described as an endangered runaway. He is 5'4" and has brown hair and eyes.
The teen was last seen wearing a red plaid shirt, white tank top, black sweat pants, red sneakers, a black hat and a black hair wig.

Anyone with information should notify state police.
