Local Technology Startup Ice Nebula releases its first Network Security product aimed at the Enterprise. Their new product, MOAT, detects and notifies IT staff about rogue hardware on the network.
Oklahoma City, OK (PRWEB) December 13, 2012
Local Technology Startup Ice Nebula announced today that it is releasing its first Network Security product aimed at Enterprise Customers. Their new product, MOAT, detects and notifies IT staff any time an unknown laptop is plugged into a computer network.
Technical Co-founder John Kerber believes this product fits in line with recent trends in Network Security. “Companies have gotten much better about protecting themselves from outsiders on the internet. Where they're still struggling is keeping out intruders who smile and walk in the front door.”
The product was released today, December 12th, because Kerber liked the idea of the 12-12-12 release date. “To most small business owners, their business is their baby. I just wanted to give my baby a cool birthdate. It was ready a week ago, but I decided we should hold off to make this more memorable.”
IT Professionals who are interested in adding MOAT to their security defenses can go to the company's website to download a 30 day trial of the product.
