Making Cookies with Melissa Cole

Butterball or Snowball Cookies

Ingredients:

2 sticks of butter

2 cups flour

1/4 cup sugar

2 tsp. pure vanilla

2 cups assorted nuts

Directions:

Mix together butter, sugar and the vanilla.  Add flour while stirring to form a dough.  Mix again.  Add the assorted nuts (no more than 2 cups).  Mix all together again, then form little balls of dough.  Place on cooking sheet and put in the oven at 325 degrees for 22 minutes.  After slightly cooled, dip in sugar.
