Missing New Haven girl has been located

NEW HAVEN, CT (WFSB) -

The New Haven Police Department has canceled a Silver Alert for a missing 12-year-old girl Thursday evening.

Police said Ashley Cox was located at another home in New Haven around 7 p.m. She is safe and unharmed, police added.

Cox had been last seen leaving a home on Judson Avenue on Christmas with a 60-pound golden Labrador, police said.
