Missing teenager from East Windsor located by state police

EAST WINDSOR, CT (WFSB) -

Connecticut State Police said one teenager who went missing on New Year's Day has been located while officials search for another one.

Police said they located 17-year-old Melvin Rivera, who is a habitual runaway. Officials said the case has been resolved.

However, Bryan Ortiz, 17, was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, a gray "Phillies" baseball cap and brown rosaries.

State police said he has tattoos on both arms.
