One street in Hartford has a new name in honor of a broadcasting legend in Connecticut.
On Friday, officials in Hartford held a ceremony to dedicate the street to radio personality and local broadcast legend Bob Steele.
The old Grove Street is now called Bob Steele Way.
Steele was a longtime anchor at WFSB and the longtime voice of WTIC Radio.
Steele died in 2002 at the age of 91.
