A system glitch at Southwest Airlines that forced flight delays and long lines at its check-in counters have been fixed, the company said Thursday afternoon.
Online check-in and kiosk systems are back to functioning properly.
A Southwest representative said the longest delays Thursday morning were about 30 minutes and that most flights were being delayed about 15 minutes to ensure everyone could make their flights.
Southwest announced the delays at about 11:15 a.m. and said updates would be available on its Twitter feed.
