
A New Money strategy requires 3 steps:
1. Awareness:
I spent that money because: (for example:) I wanted to impress someone, I was competing
with someone, I wanted someone to feel valued, etc.)
2. Acknowledgment:
What I really wanted was: To feel: loved, accepted, valued, secure, and/or worthy, etc.
3. New Intention:
To get that need met without creating debt I will: Replace spending & buying with: meditation, verbalizing sentiment to person, reading, exercising, reviewing goals, etc...)
