Easy Fruit and Cheese Quesadillas
1 pkg flour tortilla wraps
1 can pears drained and sliced thin
Crumbled blue cheese
1 can peaches drained and sliced thin
Brie cheese sliced thin
Heat skillet to medium hot and spray with cooking spray. Place 1 tortilla on pan and layer with pears, blue cheese, dried cranberries and chopped walnuts. Cover with second tortilla and brown on both sides making sure cheese melts. Do the same thing again with peaches and Brie cheese. Let cool, cut into 4 pieces and serve!!
